This was a fun and interesting read. I really enjoyed the new characters, seeing where the characters from the first book fit into this family and learning more about the world they inhabit. The change of characters from book to book keeps it fresh while widening the aperture so that we can see more of the world and the Fitzgerald family. Jade was a great character, I love a woman who learns from her mistakes. If a man takes advantage of you once, you're a fool to let it happen again. I adore a strong female. Vince is a great leading man as well. He does his best to take care of Jade but he learns as they work together when to push her and when to back off. You have to admire a man who can respect you enough to learn the difference. All in all, this was a great read and I'm excited for the third book, Kiss Me Crazy. Please remember that these are adult books for mature readers and that there are scenes that some readers might find offensive.
