Twisted (Intertwined Series) by Gena Showalter

I had the immense pleasure of meeting Gena Showalter at the Harlequin Teen group signing where I got an ARC of Twisted signed. She was so nice!  I love this cover because it is purple but I think I like the covers with only Aden better.  Here's the Goodreads blurb for this third book in the series:

This book is wonderful because you get to see lots of different viewpoints on what's going on.  We see Riley freaking out and chasing down his girl.  Aden is just messed up.  The whole book he's trying to figure out what is going on.  Poor Victoria is just out at sea, she's so confused about what is happening with Aden.  The whole book is non stop action and adventure from start to finish.  But the ending will leave you dying for more.  I really enjoyed this one and I can't wait to see what the future has in store for Aden and his friends.  There is a fair amount of violence and a sprinkling of sexual talk but no graphic sexual situations.  This one is for readers over 14 for sure.

Unraveled (Intertwined Series) by Gena Showalter

I really like Gena Showalter's Intertwined series.  They have beautiful covers and the story line is always exciting.  Unraveled is the second book in the series.  Here is the Goodreads blurb:

I really liked this second book in the series.  I have to say that as much as I love Aden, I also adore Riley.  The girls are kinda meh for me but the plot doesn't disappoint.  Poor Aden never seems to get a break.  Just when things are looking up, something bad happens.  I also am glad to see that there isn't going to be a formula where Aden loses one of the souls at the end of each book.  I like that the plot just happens as it happens.  This series is really good.  All the main characters are interesting and the supporting characters give richness to the story.  There is a fair amount of violence and sexual content but nothing that you wouldn't find in most after school specials or Lifetime movies.  I highly recommend this series for readers over 14 yrs.
