Dreaming of the Wolf by Terry Spear

I was super excited to get a review copy of this book on NetGalley because I've here so much about Terry Spear and her excellent wolf books.  Here is the Goodreads blurb:

Terry Spear's debut Heart of the Wolf was a Publishers Weekly Best Book of the Year. Known for her research into how wolves live in nature, Spear writes her werewolves as they would behave realistically, including pack dynamics, mating behavior, and hierarchies.

Werewolf pack leader Jake Silver is an acclaimed photographer. He sees a beautiful woman at the art gallery where his photos are on display, and his intrigue turns into wolfish protectiveness. Alicia Greiston has never met anyone like Jake-he's sexy, alpha, and totally irresistible, and he calls to something primal in her soul.
This book was beautifully done.  Terry manages to take a paranormal romance and give it so much more.  This book has mystery, intrigue, romance and of course, hot werewolves.  I really appreciated the treatment of the wolf form dynamics.  Terry Spear is well known for writing books with amazingly accurate wolf behavior and this book was no exception.  The spark between Jake and Alicia is palpable from the moment they first meet.  I highly recommend these books.  Give them a try and you won't be sorry.

These are adult books and this book does contain scenes of violence as well as sexual scenes.  You can find out more about Terry Spear on her website.  Click here to add any of the Heart of the Wolf Series books to your Goodreads.

Dreaming of the Wolf earns 3 Fairies for being a heart stopping page turner.
