Veterinarian Seth Davies comes to Senaka, Wyoming, looking for peace and anonymity, trying to escape his past. He’s always been a target for trouble and pain, and Seth has had more than his share of both. Kasey Whitedove takes one look at Seth and assumes the worst. No white man could love animals the way the mostly Cheyenne population expects, and Kasey makes Seth’s first days in Senaka more than unpleasant.I really enjoyed this book. I loved the magic, the werewolf culture and of course the beautiful story of love and learning to trust again after being hurt. This is a wonderful paranormal read with tons of romance and strong men who stand their ground. I loved that while there was some dominant/submissive behavior from their WOLVES, none of the men were terribly submissive. Also, the mythos of the werewolves that was created for this book was really rich and vivid. Seth is a wonderful character who is genuinely sweet and innocent but he's been burned before and is not going to let it happen again. Love Seth! All in all this book was awesome and I'm really looking forward to more from J. R. Loveless and Dreamspinner Press. You can add this book to your Goodreads by clicking here. You can also check out J. R. Loveless' blog.
Then an accident puts Kasey in the uncomfortable position of eating crow—and helplessly desiring Seth—despite the danger of Kasey’s life as a werewolf and Seth’s stressful secrets. Chasing Seth down and keeping him safe from his past has just become Kasey's most important job.
This book is an adult novel with GLBT themes but I hope that you'll give it a try. All love is sacred.
Chasing Seth earns 4 Fairies for being a fast paced and gripping read!
